Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior transition, programme, or project management in large-scale media environments.
• Proven success leading multi-market transitions for global clients or projects.
• Deep knowledge of project, programme, and change management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end transition strategy and detailed programme plans for new clients, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead flawless execution of transition plans, coordinating across markets and internal functions (client leadership, finance, legal, HR, technology).
• Serve as primary senior point of contact for client executives and internal leadership, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
