Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Transition Lead for a contract role focused on pensions transformation in London. Oversee the end-to-end transition and cutover into a new pension scheme operating environment, coordinating multiple workstreams and suppliers.

You will manage go-live readiness, dress rehearsals and operational stabilisation, ensuring a controlled migration and robust governance throughout the programme.

Qualificações

• Extensive transition, cutover or programme delivery experience in complex transformation environments.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end migrations across multiple workstreams and suppliers.
• Strong skills in developing integrated transition plans and migration schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end transition and cutover workstreams, ensuring controlled migration into the new operating environment.
• Develop and manage integrated transition plans, cutover runbooks and critical path dependencies.
• Coordinate migration activities across data, technology, pension administration, operational teams and external suppliers.
• Lead dress rehearsals, transition simulations and operational readiness assessments ahead of go-live.
• Manage Go/No-Go governance, blackout windows, rollback plans and contingency arrangements.
• Establish cutover governance, managing escalations, issue resolution and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee successful transition into hypercare and operational stabilisation.
