Just Group plc is seeking a Transition Manager to lead multi-scheme transitions from contract negotiations through data cleanse and handover to the Implementation team. You will manage complex data validation, coordinate trustees, consultants and clients, and ensure timely delivery of transition milestones.

You will work in a hybrid London/Surrey setting, collaborating with the DB Operations team and senior stakeholders to de-risk and streamline client journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in DB Pensions or DB De-risking.
• Experience in relationship management and/or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to analyse data and explain issues clearly to clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage smooth transition and implementation of schemes transitioning from negotiations to data cleanse and handover.
• Coordinate with trustees, administrators and stakeholders to set and meet timelines.
• Validate data and ensure accurate data transfers for the implementation team.
• Attend Trustee meetings and support de-risking opportunities with clients.
• Collaborate with DB Operations and Implementation teams on payroll funding, member calculations and reporting.
• Communicate progress and issues to trustees and administrators; escalate where needed.
• Support Senior Business Development Manager in client discussions and Trustee board meetings where appropriate.
