Just Group plc is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager to coordinate scheme transitions, data cleanse, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll validate data, set timelines with trustees and internal partners, and lead transition activities across multiple transactions in a hybrid environment.

You will coordinate with Trustees, DB specialists and onboarding teams, ensuring smooth delivery of the transition and a high-quality client experience while driving team motivation and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Proven planning and organisational skills for scheme transitions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities with accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive team motivation and develop transition support roles.
• Support the Streamlined Service Manager to build transition capability within the DB team.
• Project manage transitions from appointment to completion per timetables.
• Lead data cleanse efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely handover to Data & Onboarding/Buyout teams.
• Define operational tasks and agree processes with clients before implementation.
• Maintain end-to-end stakeholder management until premium finalisation.
• Escalate delays and issues to the appropriate managers promptly.
