Responsibilities

Manage change projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
Develop change plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
Communicate with senior management, project teams and external partners to align on progress and needs.
Lead project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skills.
Create reports and maintain risk, issue and dependency tracking.
Facilitate change management activities including training and communications.
Embed change within the organisation and monitor adoption.
