Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to shape how the business operates as it grows its renewable energy portfolio. You will lead process architecture and change adoption with senior leaders, driving opportunities for improvement, simplifying ways of working and embedding change.

You’ll also guide a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches to build organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture, transformation, operational excellence or business improvement initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations and opportunities to improve efficiency and capability.
• Experience developing process governance and operating models to support growth.
• Proven success delivering or supporting major transformation programmes with sustained change.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation with Directors and Executives.
• Experience leading workshops and influencing decision-making.
• Experience developing and leading teams of analysts and change coaches.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and operating model development.
• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Lead change adoption to embed new ways of working.
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design and optimization.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
