EDF power solutions is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to shape how the business operates as it grows in renewables across the UK and Ireland. You will lead business process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure change is embedded across the organisation.

• Significant experience leading business process architecture, business transformation or operational excellence within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations and capability to identify efficiency improvements.
• Experience developing process frameworks, governance and operating models.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and operating model development.
• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Lead change adoption activities to embed new ways of working.
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design and optimisation.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
