Job summary

EDF power solutions seeks a Business Process Transformation Manager to shape how the organisation operates as we grow our renewable energy business. You’ll lead process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities and embed new ways of working.

This high-visibility role will also lead a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, building capability and driving continuous improvement across end-to-end processes, data

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture and transformation programs.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and capability.
• Experience developing governance and operating models.
• Proven success delivering major transformation initiatives and embedding change.
• Strong stakeholder management with Directors and Executives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and operating model development.
• Own and develop the organisation’s business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
• Lead change adoption activities to embed new ways of working.
• Develop process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
