EDF Power Solutions in Sunderland is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to lead our business process architecture, change adoption and continuous improvement. You will partner with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams to identify opportunities, simplify ways of working and embed lasting change.

The role leads a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, is hybrid with offices in Durham, Edinburgh or London, and requires travel to engage

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Ability to design governance, operating models and process frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Proven track record delivering and embedding major transformation programmes.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and future operating model development.
• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.
• Lead change adoption activities to ensure new ways of working are embedded.
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design and optimisation.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
