Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager in Sunderland to shape and lead our process architecture and change adoption initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, simplify ways of working and embed changes across the organisation.

A small team of Analysts and Change Coaches will report to you on this journey. You will influence how processes, data and digital platforms align with strategic objectives, supporting EDF Power Solutions' growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture and transformation initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of how processes, data and digital platforms interlink.
• Proven ability to develop process frameworks, governance and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Lead change adoption activities to embed new ways of working.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Manage and develop a team of Analysts and Change Coaches.
