Job summary

EDF Energy in Sunderland is seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Manager to shape how EDF Power Solutions operates as part of a growing renewable energy business. You will lead our approach to process architecture, change adoption and governance, partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities, simplify ways of working and embed sustainable change.

The role is hybrid, with offices in Durham, Edinburgh or London and travel as needed to engage stakeholders and deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business process architecture and transformation within large organisations.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and change adoption.
• Ability to align processes, data and digital platforms with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business process architecture and change adoption initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and scalable solutions.
• Drive governance, standards and operating models to support growth and transformation.
• Lead and develop a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
• Facilitate workshops and guide process design and optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure change is embedded and measurable across the organisation.
