Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to lead the architecture of business processes, data and digital platforms, partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency and scalable operations. The role is hybrid, based from UK offices, with travel for stakeholder engagement and workshops.

You will manage a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, delivering change adoption and governance across the organisation as it evolves toward its strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading business process architecture and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and organisational capability.
• Experience delivering change in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management with Directors and Executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Lead change adoption activities to embed new ways of working.
• Develop and maintain process governance and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
