Job summary

EDF Power Solutions is seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to lead our process architecture and change adoption, shaping how we operate across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams to identify opportunities for improvement and embed scalable, digitally enabled processes.

You’ll lead a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, fostering capability and continuous improvement while supporting travel to engage

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture, transformation or operational excellence in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations and opportunities to improve efficiency and capability.
• Proven ability to develop process frameworks, governance and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and develop the future operating model.
• Own and develop the organisation's business process architecture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
• Lead change adoption activities to embed new ways of working.
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on process design and optimisation.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches.
