Job summary

Sense is seeking an Internal Communications Transformation Lead to join our Internal Comms team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will help deliver a three-year plan, translating complex operational and technical information into clear communications for colleagues across Sense, from offices to retail sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal change communications.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale operational, technology or digital transformation.
• Experience working within programme or project environments alongside programme managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record developing communications and engagement plans for organisational change.
• Experience communicating throughout the change lifecycle from mobilisation to embedding new ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated communications lead for transformation programmes.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement plans for mobilisation, implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with programme managers to understand milestones, dependencies and risks and embed communications.
• Translate complex operational information into clear, accessible communications.
• Develop key messages, FAQs, briefings, and presentations.
• Coordinate communications across multiple transformation workstreams to avoid overload.
• Provide communications advice to programme leads and senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and adjust approaches to support readiness for change.
• Visit Sense offices, services and retail shops to gather insights and support effective transformation.
