Job summary

Marks & Spencer seeks an experienced Colleague Communications Manager to drive internal comms across Retail, People, Digital & Technology and Finance. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear, engaging messages that resonate with thousands of colleagues and help shape the future of M&S.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, events, video and newsletters, and measure engagement to continually improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant internal comms experience in a large organisation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting transformation or culture programmes.
• Strong background in strategic messaging and comms planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver colleague communications supporting priorities.
• Develop content across channels: newsletters, town halls, events.
• Create stories that bring transformation and culture to life.
• Lead comms around wellbeing, benefits, DE&I initiatives, partnerships.
• Measure impact using data and feedback; drive continuous improvements.
