You will lead internal communications, advise senior leaders, manage channels, support change programmes and use insight to strengthen staff engagement. From leadership updates to staff stories, events and campaigns, you’ll help build a more connected, engaged and values-led workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping internal communications for a large organisation.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
