Job summary

Sense is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Transformation Lead to support a three-year plan, Transforming Sense, together. The role is full-time hybrid, with 2-3 days weekly at the Birmingham office or Sense sites and home-working options.

You'll convert technical details into clear communications for colleagues across the UK, collaborating with programme teams, senior leaders and the Internal Communications team to drive change from mobilisation through to adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal change communications.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation.
• Experience with programme or project environments and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to develop communications and engagement plans.
• Experience communicating across change lifecycle and driving adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated communications lead for transformation programmes.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement plans through mobilisation to adoption.
• Work with programme managers to embed communications in delivery.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible communications.
• Create key messages, FAQs, briefings, presentations and materials.
• Coordinate across transformation workstreams to avoid overload.
