• Senior-level experience developing and delivering internal communications and engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience applying change impact analysis to inform communications during transformations.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering engagement campaigns.
• Ability to advise Executives and senior leaders on internal communications across complex organisations.
• Experience defining processes and structures for resources planning and measurement.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality engagement communications to deadlines.

Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager
Salary up to £64,562 + benefits
Birmingham based
Hybrid working 3 days onsite

My client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to support in delivering their internal communications and engagement strategy, so that they can help employees understand how they successfully contribute to the companies purpose, and ensure everyone feels informed, valued and engaged.

Experience required:

• Experience at senior management level developing and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based internal communications and engagement strategies and plans aligned with wider business objectives.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes and using change impact analysis to inform appropriate communication approach.
• Experience of developing and delivering engagement campaigns.
• Providing counsel on internal corporate communications and engagement to Executives and senior leaders across large, complex, fast-paced matrix organisations.
• Development, delivery, and measurement of internal communications and resources planning, defining the processes and structures required to achieve success.
• Experience delivering high quality engagement communications to agreed deadlines.
