Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager in Birmingham. This hybrid role requires delivering an internal communications and engagement strategy to ensure employees understand their contribution to the company’s purpose while feeling informed, valued and engaged.

Based at our Birmingham office with 3 days on site, you will partner with senior leaders, drive change communications for large transformations, and develop campaigns that measure impact and engagement

Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

Salary up to £64,562 + benefits

Birmingham based
Hybrid working 3 days onsite

My client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to support in delivering their internal communications and engagement strategy, so that they can help employees understand how they successfully contribute to the companies purpose, and ensure everyone feels informed, valued and engaged.

Experience required:

• Experience at senior management level developing and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based internal communications and engagement strategies and plans aligned with wider business objectives.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes and using change impact analysis to inform appropriate communication approach.
• Experience of developing and delivering engagement campaigns.
• Providing counsel on internal corporate communications and engagement to Executives and senior leaders across large, complex, fast-paced matrix organisations.
• Development, delivery, and measurement of internal communications and resources planning, defining the processes and structures required to achieve success.
• Experience delivering high quality engagement communications to agreed deadlines
