Overview

An immediate-start, 6-month FTC for an experienced AR/AP Finance Manager in Essex, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, to lead and support the transactional finance team through a period of change.

We are seeking an experienced AR/AP Transactional Finance Manager to join a business during a key period of change and transformation. This is a critical role, responsible for leading and supporting the transactional finance team while ensuring stability and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a transactional finance team, ensuring effective day-to-day delivery.
  • Drive improvements and efficiency across processes during a transitional period.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business priorities.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing AR/AP transactional finance teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (high preferable)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate teams through change.
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Based in Essex or within commutable distance.
