Job summary

Lakaz Maurice is seeking a skilled Transaction Manager for its Newbury site. You will oversee the end-to-end sales transaction process, maximise finance/insurance product sales and guide the sales team to meet targets. FCA compliance and excellent customer service are essential.

The role requires previous motor trade Transaction Manager experience and a full UK driving licence. This is a field-based position at a main site with standard weekday hours and one late shift per week.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is assisting a motor trade dealership group in the search for an experienced Transaction Manager, based in their established site.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

The Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000

OTE: £50,750

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (designated day off during the week)

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

No Sundays

1 late shift until 9:00pm (either Tuesday or Thursday)
