Qualifications

• Minimum HNC-level IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in applications support and working knowledge of clinical systems used within the NHS are desirable.
• Second-line support for TrakCare and related IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve routine incidents and requests.
• Progress more complex issues through agreed processes and provide guidance on TrakCare usage.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of support documentation and procedures.
