Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland is recruiting an Application Support Assistant to join the Department of eHealth. The role provides first line support for the Trakcare (PMS) system used across multi-disciplinary users and delivers admin support to the team.

Candidates should have at least Higher level IT/admin qualifications and strong Microsoft Office skills; NHS clinical systems experience is advantageous. Full-time, permanent, Band 4 salary £31,537–£34,303 per annum. Interviews on 03/12/26.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of Higher level in relevant IT or Admin subjects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to an advanced level.
• Working knowledge of Clinical systems used within the NHS is advantageous.
