Job summary

InterSystems in the United Kingdom is seeking an Application Specialist to support TrakCare PAS deployments, training and go-live activities across healthcare providers. You will travel to customer sites, analyse processes, design configurations, create documentation and provide on-site validation and adoption support.

The role requires deep PAS knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to map customer workflows to InterSystems standard product offerings while minimizing customization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of PAS processes in UK.
• Deep understanding of the PAS rules and workflows and requirements within the private and public hospitals in UK.
• Excellent communication and training skills with customers, workshops and presentations.
• Experience writing functional documents and business process mapping.
• Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams and with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal and tender documentation, inform colleagues on gaps in functionality.
• Analyse customer processes and propose solutions.
• Run Edition customer induction workshops and workshops for training.
• Provide on-site support, validation scripts, and go-live assistance.
• Log changes, coordinate with Product Team, and document handovers.
• Liaise with InterSystems departments to resolve issues and complete handovers.
