Job summary

NHS Grampian is seeking an enthusiastic Application Support Assistant to join the IT Applications Support Team in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent post (36 hours per week) at Grade Band 4 with a salary of £31,537 to £34,303 per annum.

You will provide first-line support for the TrakCare (PMS) system used across multiple sites, assisting users and delivering essential admin support. Strong communication, teamwork and IT skills are essential, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and NHS

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Higher level in IT or Admin subjects.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products.
• A working knowledge of NHS clinical systems is advantageous.
