Job summary

Monnoyeur is offering an Administrative Apprenticeship within its SHEQ and Training Admin team. The role provides support to the Warranty Coordinator and broader Technical, Warranty, and Training departments.

The successful candidate will complete a Business Administrator Apprenticeship, manage emails, maintain records, and help with departmental projects while developing organisational and IT skills across Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• GCSE Level 4 preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the country when required.
• Basic IT knowledge with Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete a Business Administrator Apprenticeship following course guidelines.
• Receive, respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain database records for Training and Warranty; compile reports as required.
• Assist Warranty Coordinator with the warranty process and ensure correct information is provided.
