Job summary

Capita plc is leading the Selborne transformation, delivering modernised Royal Navy training through a multi‑partner programme. You will create and update course information in current systems, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and company standards.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, based at HMS Collingwood, Portsmouth, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to travel.
• Experience in fast-paced environment and handling change.
• Attention to detail.
• Military experience would be useful, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating course templates in TAFMIS applications.
• Scheduling updated course Templates within TAFMIS.
• Timetabling course templates in TAFMIS to meet requirements.
• Allocating resources and venues for scheduled training courses.
• Collaborating with training support departments and Training Groups.
• Liaising with project teams as required.
