Job summary

Capita is recruiting an Information Systems Trainer for Project Selborne, a Royal Navy training modernization programme. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and term-time only, based at HMS Collingwood in Fareham. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level is essential.

You will deliver Information Systems and Naval CIS training, support content reviews, and ensure staff remain up-to-date with IT systems. The position includes pro rata salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills including MS Office and online systems.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for IT and Information Systems.
• Qualification in IT or IT support experience is desirable.
• Any training/teaching experience would be advantageous.
• Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Information Systems and Naval CIS training programmes.
• Implement improvements to meet future training requirements.
• Contribute to course content reviews in support of the InVal process.
• Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge to deliver training as directed.
• Provide SME input to training design as required by management.
