Job summary

Capita is recruiting for a Training Support Administrator to help modernise Royal Navy training through the Selborne programme. The role focuses on creating and updating information in TAFMIS, scheduling templates, and allocating resources to meet contractual requirements.

Based in Fareham, UK, the 37.5-hour week is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to travel.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and handling change.
• Attention to detail.
• Military experience would be useful, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and update course templates in TAFMIS applications.
• Schedule updated course templates within TAFMIS.
• Timetable course templates in TAFMIS to meet requirements.
• Allocate resources and venues for scheduled training courses.
• Collaborate with training support departments and Training Groups.
• Liaise with relevant project teams as required.
