Job summary

Capita is leading the Selborne transformation to modernise Royal Navy training at HMS Collingwood in Portsmouth. The Training Support Administrator role is a fixed-term position until 31 March 2027, full-time, requiring UK SC level security clearance.

You will create and update course templates in TAFMIS, schedule templates, allocate resources and venues, and collaborate with training support teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to travel.
• Experience of working in fast a fast paced environment and dealing with significant amounts of change.
• Attention to detail.
• Military experience would be useful, but not essential.
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating course templates in TAFMIS applications
• Scheduling updated course Templates within TAFMIS Timetable course templates in TAFMIS to meet the requirements
• Allocating resources and venues for the required scheduled training courses
• Working collaboratively and engaging with other training support departments and Training Groups
• Liaising with relevant project teams as and when required
