Merrifield Consultants is working with a leading National Industry Training Body in the engineering construction sector to find a Training Provider Approval Manager with technical engineering construction knowledge. This home-based role reports to the Head of Product Delivery, working closely with approved training providers, Product Managers, Market Development and Compliance teams to ensure the training network meets employer needs while championing provider satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Job Title: Training Provider Approval Manager
Organisation: National Industry Training Body
Salary: Up to £44,310 + £7,965 car allowance
Location: Home-based UK (ideally Midlands to North England for accessibility)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week; flexible options; regular UK-wide travel (approximately weekly site visits)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Training Provider Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist or Technical Assessor with engineering construction sector knowledge and strong relationship management skills.
The role offers the opportunity to shape quality standards across a network of approximately 60 training providers, with genuine scope to influence provider development and sector training delivery.
