Job summary

Capita is supporting the Royal Navy through the Selborne programme at HMS Collingwood in Fareham. The role focuses on data analysis and quality assurance to improve training outcomes and ensure timely feedback to instructors and learners.

We seek candidates with strong Excel/Word/MS Forms skills, ability to multitask and work independently, and willingness to travel between Portsmouth sites. This is a part-time, on-site position with Capita and the Navy partnership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and MS forms to manipulate data and to present statistical information accordingly.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance.
• Comfortable interacting with Royal Navy personnel at all levels/ranks.
• Ability to adhere to processes with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between sites in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Post Course Discussions (PCDs) with trainees on complete of training courses.
• Providing feedback questionnaires to instructional staff and trainees, and to process the responses.
• Undertaking Quality Assurance activities in support of statical analysis, including the production of quality reports as part of the training analysis program.
• Providing analytical feedback.
• Following up investigations resulting from the data supplied.
