Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Manager to establish and oversee a nationwide network of training providers. You will ensure alignment with skills gaps and employer demand, and lead on QA frameworks and provider performance.

The role includes managing a small team, travel around the UK including Aberdeen, and delivering continuous improvement across training provision and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales management and supervising delivery/output.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• People management including mentoring and coaching and developing individuals.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at least Grade B or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops and manages a network of training providers.
• Liaise with Team Leaders to assess needs of Worker caseload and identify gaps.
• Map provision and service gaps, implement additional provision as needed.
• Represent Reed in Partnership at external meetings and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with training providers to increase accessibility for NSJS workers.
• Design, implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks across providers.
• Complete audits, reviews and performance assessments to ensure standards.
• Monitor training performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior staff as required.
