Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Executive to support the operational management of the training supply chain. Based in the UK, you will be the day-to-day contact for training providers and help coordinate delivery, monitoring and administration of NSJS training provision.

We offer a generous base salary of £26,300 to £30,900 (pro-rata for part time) with flexible working patterns and opportunities for development. Some travel across the UK, including Aberdeen, may be required.

Qualifications

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
• Experience in administration or coordination role
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma
• GCSE English Language, Grade B (or Level 2 literacy)

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage training providers based on worker needs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to assess worker caseload needs.
• Map provision and identify service gaps; implement changes quickly.
• Maintain strong relationships with training providers.
• Ensure compliance with programme requirements and policies.
• Monitor performance against targets and quality standards.
• Support improvements and corrective actions with the Training Network Manager.
