Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Manager to establish and oversee a nationwide network of training providers under the NSJS initiative. You will ensure training provision aligns with identified skills gaps and employer demand, leading QA, audits and performance assessments to maintain high standards.

You will travel around the UK as required, including Aberdeen, to support contract delivery and provider engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing a network of training providers
• Proven ability to monitor provider performance and contractual compliance
• Ability to travel around the UK as required

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a network of training providers.
• Liaise with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess needs of the Worker caseload.
• Map provision and service gaps, implementing additional provision as services change.
• Represent Reed in Partnership at external meetings and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with training providers to improve accessibility for NSJS workers and meet employer needs.
• Design, implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks across all training providers.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews and performance assessments to ensure standards.
• Monitor training performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Analyse management information to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor new and experienced staff, coaching for performance.
