Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Training Network Executive to support the operational management of the training supply chain for NSJS across the UK. You will act as the day-to-day contact for training providers and coordinate delivery, monitoring and administration of training provision.

The role involves travel around the UK, including Aberdeen, and requires BPSS clearance, admin/coordination experience, and at least two A-levels or a Level 3 Diploma.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance required.
• Experience in administration or coordination roles.
• Minimum of two A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent).
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sources and onboards relevant training providers based on worker needs.
• Liaises with Team Leaders and local teams to assess worker caseload needs.
• Map provision and gaps, implementing new or revised training as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with training providers to support delivery.
• Ensure training provision complies with programme requirements and policies.
• Monitor performance against targets and quality standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist with corrective actions.
