Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the Jobs Guarantee programme through QA, compliance monitoring, data management and operational coordination. The role requires accurate records, performance monitoring and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure contract compliance.

You’ll work across offices including Stevenage and other locations, with a base salary and flexible full-time arrangements, plus training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contract-driven, target-focused environment.
• Experience in administrative coordination and management information reporting.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring or audit activities.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and database systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating programme activities to ensure services are delivered effectively and in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintaining accurate participant, stakeholder and programme records across internal systems.
• Monitoring operational performance and supporting the achievement of programme targets and quality standards.
• Producing and analysing management information reports to support decision-making.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
• Maintaining programme documentation, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Preparing evidence and documentation for audits, reviews and commissioner requirements.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and highlighting emerging issues or risks.
• Building effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
