Your role at Chanel: Join us in this dynamic, multi-faceted role at the heart of CHANEL’s UK Learning and Client Care hub in the heart of Mayfair. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a highly organised, proactive professional with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Based at Reception and as the first point of contact for all learners and guests to our site, youll seamlessly blend three essential functions that keep our House of Learning running smoothly.
Working in close partnership with the Training Events & Coordination Manager you will support the full spectrum of training coordination tasks, through front of house duties you will ensure exceptional experiences for every visitor and provide executive assistance to the Training Director, namely supporting with diary management and travel and expense tasks.
This requires excellent attention to detail, managing multiple priorities at one time, liaising with numerous colleagues, learners and collaborators in a timely manner and independently supervising the House of Learning inbox, for a multitude of logistical general queries and information.
Efficiency drives your role at the front of house, where you ensure smooth daily operations. You take pride in your environment and your contribution to learning at CHANEL.
You work closely with teams such as Security, IT, Maintenance and the Janitorial team to deliver a high-quality experience for all guests. Each person is welcomed with warmth, professionalism and respect.
Your communication is considered, succinct and professional, and you remain organised and composed under pressure.
