Job summary

Technip Energies – Net Zero Teesside Power (NZT) Project in Teesside, UK, seeks a Training & Competency Coordinator to design, implement and manage the O&M training and competency programme for the NZT project.

You will collaborate with project teams, licensors and OEMs to ensure workforce readiness, compliance and safe operation of power generation, carbon capture and related systems, from commissioning through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND or equivalent in Engineering / Learning & Development / Industrial Training
• Experience in training coordination and workforce development in an industrial environment
• Experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Carbon Capture or process industries
• Knowledge of LMS and competency frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy and matrices for O&M
• Coordinate training with OEMs, licensors and vendors
• Schedule classroom, workshop and field-based training activities
• Monitor attendance and training effectiveness
• Maintain competency records and authorisation registers
• Support commissioning and readiness activities
