What You'll Do

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to organise and deliver training, workshops, and blended learning activities, supporting learners in achieving all outcomes for the CIPD Human Resources qualification. The role also requires ensuring compliance with the standards of awarding organisations, Welsh Government guidelines, the Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including learners, line managers, and employers. This is a long-term opportunity for someone eager to grow within the company, with a strong focus on professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and deliver training, workshops, and blended learning activities for the CIPD HR qualification.
  • Ensure compliance with awarding organisation standards, Welsh Government guidelines, Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS requirements.
  • Engage with learners, line managers, and employers to support learning outcomes.
  • Deliver field-based training across routes, line managed by the Route Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant Level 5 qualification – eligible for £1,000 market uplift.
  • Level 7 qualification – eligible for £2,000 market uplift.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience engaging with learners, line managers, and employers.
  • Field based – deliver across routes; line managed by Route Manager.
  • 15 hours over two days per week.
  • Welsh language desirable; not essential.
