Job summary

Sytner BMW & MINI Stevenage is looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team. No previous motor trade experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll support the workshop and learn how to greet customers, understand service needs, and manage appointments.

You will be part of a busy team and develop knowledge of BMW and MINI products while delivering high standards of customer service across our brands.

Qualifications

• No motor trade experience required.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills.
• Friendly, organized and confident communicating with different people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand servicing and repair requirements.
• Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's visit.
• Explain work clearly and professionally.
• Work closely with BMW and MINI Technicians, Parts and Service teams.
• Manage appointments and customer enquiries.
• Develop knowledge of BMW and MINI products and technology.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Help maintain high standards of service.
