Sytner BMW & MINI Stevenage is recruiting a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You don't need motor trade experience; we value attitude, communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.

With full training and support, you'll learn to welcome customers, understand servicing requirements, keep customers informed, work with technicians, manage appointments and build lasting relationships. This is a pathway to a rewarding career within BMW, MINI and Sytner.

Qualificações

• No previous motor trade experience required; must have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• You should be confident communicating with customers, be organised, and have a desire to learn and progress.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and understand servicing and repair requirements.
• Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's visit.
• Explain work clearly and professionally to customers.
• Work closely with BMW and MINI Technicians, Parts and Service teams.
• Manage appointments and customer enquiries.
• Develop knowledge of BMW and MINI products and technology.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Help deliver high standards of service expected from BMW, MINI and Sytner.
