Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Motherwell is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive. You will guide customers from first greeting through to handover, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. A bespoke sales training program will equip you with tools to succeed and grow within the group.

The role emphasises customer focus, teamwork, and the use of modern sales techniques to close deals while developing your career in motor retail.

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Park’s Motor Group, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will support the customer’s needs as you build ongoing relationships. If you are a self-motivated individual, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Sales teams in Motherwell.

Successful candidates will also benefit from enrolment in our bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program giving you all the tools you need to become a success.

The right person will:

• Be self-driven for success.

• Deliver outstanding customer service – making sure all customers are left feeling completely satisfied.

• Have a full clean UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.
