Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Bathgate is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to guide customers through the full car buying journey, from first contact to handover of the keys. You will support customer needs and build lasting relationships in a friendly sales environment.

The role includes joining our Sales Training Evaluation Program to equip you with tools for long-term success, with a company vehicle and other benefits in a family-run setting.

Qualifications

• Must have full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and self-motivation.
• Be organised and act in a professional manner.
• Able to build a natural rapport with customers.
• IT literate and able to use modern technology and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer experience from first hello to handing over the keys and build ongoing relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
• Work as part of the Sales team in Bathgate.
• Engage in our bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program to develop skills.

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Park’s Motor Group, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will support the customer’s needs as you build ongoing relationships.
