Job summary

Usay Compare is seeking a confident, friendly telephone-based advisor to handle inbound enquiries and guide customers through available options. You will transfer interested callers to our Sales Advisers and contribute to successful outcomes.

The role offers a £26,228 base salary with uncapped monthly commission aiming at an OTE around £33,000+, plus 26 days of holiday and a strong training culture in a supportive team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and helping customers understand their options. There is no cold calling, every customer you speak to has already shown interest in our services.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support and transferring interested callers to our Sales Advisers. Your conversations directly contribute to successful sales, meaning your commission is in your hands.

• £26,228 guaranteed basic with an annual salary review


• Uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE of £33,000+

• You’ll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of shifts. Our opening hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
