Cowell Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Sales Advisor for Fareham, on-site with parking. Base salary £26,500–£30,000 plus uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+. Early finish Fridays & Thursdays, no weekend work, and 50% warm leads provided.

You will build a long-term career in financial services, engaging customers by phone to assess needs and explain protection products while working toward sales targets and developing your pipeline.
