You will receive a £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with an expected monthly OTE of £700–£1,200. The role includes a 6-week rotating shift pattern and full training to help you hit targets.

Location: Chester
Salary: £25,000 basic, plus uncapped commission (Full Time OTE £700-£1,200 per month)

Working Pattern: The role operates on a 6-week rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: Monday 8:30 am 5:30 pm Tuesday Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm

Week 2: Monday 9:30 am 6:30 pm Tuesday Thursday 9:30 am 6:00 pm Friday 8:30 am 4:30 pm

Week 3: Monday 9:00 am 6:00 pm Tuesday Thursday 9:00 am 5:30 pm Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm

Week 4: Monday Tuesday 10:00 am 7:00 pm Wednesday 10:30 am 7:00 pm Thursday 10:30 am 6:30 pm Friday 8:30 am 4:30 pm

Week 5: Monday 8:30 am 5:30 pm Tuesday Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm

Money Expert is an independent comparison company based in Chester, and we re expanding our team. We re looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agents to join our vibrant call centre.

You ll be working with warm leads generated by customers who research their energy or broadband options online and request callbacks no cold calling involved.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to discuss competitive energy and broadband packages.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with warm leads from customers who have requested information
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
• Evaluating customer satisfaction with their current provider and suggesting alternatives if needed
• Consistently meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives
• Responding to customer enquiries and addressing objections
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
