Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy in Reading invites applicants to join the AssocRICS Training Programme, a structured pathway blending hands-on mentoring with virtual learning to become a qualified Residential Surveyor.

You will shadow experienced professionals, attend classroom sessions, and learn to interpret data, analyse property details, and prepare professional reports using industry tools.

Qualificações

• One of: 1 year experience with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree, or
• Two years experience with a RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification, or
• Four years relevant experience (no qualification) including examples such as estate agency or property management.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations.
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
• Learn to interpret data, analyse property details and produce accurate reports.
• Develop skills in surveying tools and software.
