Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy in the United Kingdom is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to train residential surveyors through mentoring and virtual learning.

As a Trainee Surveyor you will shadow mentors during inspections, attend structured classroom sessions, learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and develop skills with industry tools and software to become a qualified surveyor.

Qualificações

• 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
• 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
• 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required) such as: estate agency, domestic energy assessment, property management
• SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation welcomed

Responsabilidades

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
• Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
• Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software
