Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to develop aspiring Residential Surveyors. Trainees will learn through hands-on mentoring and virtual classroom sessions, aiming to qualify as professional surveyors.

Eligibility includes combinations of experience and RICS qualifications, including a bachelor’s or higher/Fd, or completing the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
• 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as: Domestic energy assessment, Property management.
• SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.

Responsibilities

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
• Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports.
• Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software.

RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
